They appear at the very top of Google search results — above standard Google Ads — and feature a Google Verified or Google Guaranteed badge. You pay per valid lead, not per click, which makes the cost more directly tied to actual business results. Standard Google Ads are pay-per-click and open to any type of business. LSAs are available to specific industries including law firms, home services, healthcare, financial advisors, and others. LGX charges $500 for the one-time LSA setup; ad spend goes directly to Google on your card.

Yes — this is one of the most common situations we encounter. Previous employees, agencies, or even Google’s auto-generation tools may have created a profile that’s incomplete, inaccurate, or owned by someone who no longer has access. For most businesses, GA4 is the most important analytics tool available and it’s free. LGX configures GA4 as part of the Google Setups and Google Tools bundle services, ensuring it’s properly connected and tracking from day one.

A standard GBP setup and optimization typically takes 2 to 3 business days. Verification can add time depending on Google’s current processing speed and the method required — phone, email, video, or postcard verification each have different timelines. Google’s postcard verification can take up to 2 weeks. We’ll set expectations for your specific situation at the start of the engagement.
